Calynn was so sweet about bringing Liam a book
this morning so that he would have something
to do in his chair.

sitting up like a "big boy".

January 24

Liam's first time sitting in the Bumbo seat.
We decided to try it because he loves being in
the sitting position, and his neck is now strong
enough to hold up his head.

Talking to each other

We also decided he might like sitting at the table with us.
We were right! He loved being at our level and
watching us eat.

Nana and Papa came over for a few days. For
some reason not a lot of pictures were taken,
but we had a lovely time staying in and
keeping warm (It was -24 without wind chill).

Liam fell asleep in my arms so I tried to put him in
his bassinet with out his swaddle.

It only lasted a few minutes of course,
but he sure looks cute stretching.

January 22

All set to head out to the Tree Paad play center.

A little nervous about how big the slide was.

She asked to do it again though, so she must have
thought it was fun. Calynn and I climbed through
all sorts of tunnels together, and went down a lot of
big slides together while Jeff watched Liam.

Then we switched - Jeff and Calynn filled up these
barrels with balls, and watched them pop back out when
a button was pushed.

They then went to the upper level where these devices
would shoot the balls out at the floor below.
