Calynn was having a tea party this morning with Ernie,

Bert and Mickey. She decided they should move from

the table to somewhere more "comfy".

The comfy spot ended up being the steps, Jaiden and
her pig join in on the fun.

August 29

for our Sunday morning breakfast.

This girl loves flour. She watches as I put flour on my hands,

rolling pin and counter. I'm sure she must be thinking....

"If Mom can put flour everywhere why can't I?"

After breakfast we headed out to the park.

This is her favorite slide there.

After the park we did a nap and lunch, and then braved our pool. It was a bit cool, but the day was so hot that it felt refreshing and fun. We love our family pool time, and are trying to squeak out every last opportunity of the season.

With the rain looking like it would start any minute
we decided to do a backwards dinner and have our S'more
dessert first. Here Papa shucks the corn as Jeff prepares to
roast some marshmallows. Nana and Calynn look on to advise.

Jeff and I took Calynn to a truck show.

Calynn took a trip to her favorite park with her

Nana and I.We had fun looking at the pond and

ducks, putting her hands in one of Saratoga's

natural springs, and smelling a lot of flowers.
