June 23

This morning Calynn kept asking me for a Flamingo. She knows one by site due to her little flash cards. Other then that we don't really have any in the house though. We were in the kitchen, I was thinking she was hungry, but I had no idea what she was asking me for. I asked her to show me and she pointed to the Mango on the counter. What a funny girl, I wonder if she thinks they are somehow connected.

We went to Lake George for a few hours
on Father's day.

Jeff did Calynn's hair, and managed to get it all

We just got this little armchair with ottoman.

It didn't take long for Calynn to fall in love with it.

We had our ultrasound to determine gender, and as this

picture shows it's a boy! This one was taken from an

underneath sort of angle.

June 7

We decided that this would be Calynn's last bottle. I had weaned
her down to one a day, but the time had come for them to

disappear completely. Very bitter sweet for all of us. We will
miss the sweet babyish cuddle time, but love not having to
scrub bottles and all their little parts!

June 5
